The most delicious Viet Thai Cuisine I have ever eaten!!! Absolutely recommend this place. In those photos you could see Green Cary and chicken with vegetables and rice. The restaurant staff is also very very nice!!!

Ş don't usually leave a comment unless it's very good or very bad. And this one exceeded my expectations. One of the best pho I've had anywhere in the world, and I've had many trust me. İ like it that they use fresh beef instead of those pre-cooked ones. And the portion was incredibly big tha i could hardly finish. Much better than the ones I had in Prague, and cheaper too. Very glad I walked out of the center of town to give this place a try. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone.- Typ jídla

Stumbled across this restaurant when I don’t really know what to eat in the area. Simple but tasty food in good price, expect maybe the strawberry drink could be a little less sugary. Wish you a good business!

Delicious Pad Thai and fresh salad, large portions, friendly service, and a very clean interior. Just a few minutes from the city center, and much cheaper than other places. Highly recommended!

Modrý Xuan je zpátky – a je to bomba!
S kámošem jsme dali test znovuotevřenýho Modrýho Xuanu a rovnou říkám – pecka. Já si dal kuřecí pho a nemělo chybu – silnej vývar, měkký maso, čerstvý bylinky, prostě jak to má být. Kámoš šel do hovězího chap chae a perfektně ochucený jemný nudle a šťavnatý hovězí.
My se tam určitě brzo ukážem zas!Překlad
Blue Xuan is back – and it’s a blast! My friend and I gave the reopened Blue Xuan a try and I have to say – it’s a blast. I had the chicken pho and it was perfect – strong broth, soft meat, fresh herbs, just the way it should be. My friend had the beef chap chae and it had perfectly seasoned soft noodles and juicy beef. The only thing -: Too bad they don’t have a garden yet. The service was good, the food was on the table in no time and the atmosphere was generally pleasant. If you’re craving something good from Asia, I really recommend Blue Xuan. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Dal jsem si hovězí phočko a lepší jsem snad ještě nejedl. Obrovská porce, silný vonavy vývar. Často to nedělám, ale tohle by byl hřích nedoporučit tuto nenapadnou restauraci. Přijdu zas

I had a beef pho and I've probably never eaten a better one. Huge portion, strong, fragrant broth. I don't do it often, but it would be a sin not to recommend this unpretentious restaurant. I'll come again

Hrozne super restaurace. Obsluha vazne mila, jidlo skvele, neni si na co stezovat. Skoro by se dalo rict, ze na to, kolik toho jidla je, je cena dost nizka. Pokud nekam ve Varech do asijske restaurace, tak sem!

A really great restaurant. The service was really nice, the food was great, there was nothing to complain about. You could almost say that the price is quite low for the amount of food. If you go to an Asian restaurant in Vary, this is it!

The food was really delicious, the portions were huge and the price was really reasonable, the service was very nice, smiling and pleasant. There was enough seating inside, everything was clean, tidy and so was the toilet. I really recommend it.
